A toilet as your 1 and only MLS picture?
Frank Mihal video blogs about a picture of a toilet (and a bad one as well!) as the 1 and only picture advertised on the MLS for a property listed in the Fraser Valley. He comments that it is either the worst REALTOR on the planet, or possibly a mistake. He wonders what the seller thinks about the excellent exposure his or her property is getting!
