Frank Mihal video blogs about the October stats that came out and how great they look going into the November/December market. The Fraser Valley real estate board recorded over 1700 sales in october which definitely is an increase from this time last year with only 764 sales...almost 1000 more sales! New listings when up approx 7% month over month from september but with this many sales, the inventory (number of active listings) has actually decreased. New home starts also increased about 5.5% from sept and over 50% from 6 months ago but the Frank thinks the looming HST plays a huge role in that.
