Frank Mihal video blogs to ask you if your Realtor (or the one who helped you purchase your current strata property) actually read the package of strata documents first before giving them to you ...or did he just pass them off to you to figure out things on your own? Frank always reads them first and looks for any red flags before handing them to his buyers to read. He has recently been hearing from a few people that many Realtors (or their Realtor) do not practice this??
