Real Estate commissions & the general public's misconception of them!

Frank Mihal video blogs about the general public's misconception of Real Estate commissions. He states that everyone is aware of the competition bureau vs. CREA, as it is all over the newspapers/media, and that there are many internet posts about this so called "standard commission" in the industry. Frank wants to clear that misconception up with everyone and say that there is absolutely NO STANDARD COMMISSION in the Real Estate Industry or any of its individual boards! The commission or fee a Realtor charges is based on what he feels his or her services are worth, and it is up to you (the seller) to agree to it or not. Whether the fee is a $1 or a million, it is up to both parties to mutually agree! Thats business!
