Why would a REALTOR hold your listing hostage?
Frank Mihal video blogs about how some realtors will not give their clients an unconditional release on their property if they decide they no longer want it on the market. He finds it crazy in this day and age (with facebook and twitter) why some agents will hold someones listing at ransom. Very bad for business!
