Realtors are all the Same? or are they all different?
Frank Mihal video blogs his thoughts about a Realtor in the Fraser Valley that is broadcasting to the public that all Realtors are the exact same and do the exact same thing. This couldn't be farther from the truth, every Realtor has different amount of experience/knowledge, offers different services, charges different fees, etc etc. He is obviously trying to promote his brand (and there is nothing wrong with that), however is going about it the wrong way by making things up and discrediting other Realtors in the industry. Real Estate commissions & the general public's misconception of them!
Frank Mihal video blogs about the general public's misconception of Real Estate commissions. He states that everyone is aware of the competition bureau vs. CREA, as it is all over the newspapers/media, and that there are many internet posts about this so called "standard commission" in the industry. Frank wants to clear that misconception up with everyone and say that there is absolutely NO STANDARD COMMISSION in the Real Estate Industry or any of its individual boards! The commission or fee a Realtor charges is based on what he feels his or her services are worth, and it is up to you (the seller) to agree to it or not. Whether the fee is a $1 or a million, it is up to both parties to mutually agree! Thats business! One of the units showed amazing with many updates, however the patio was completely covered in moss & black dirt. The large deck was definitely one of the features of this surrey condo as it faced the north shore mountains, but unfortunately it was not given the attention as the rest of the condo. Surrey school district is getting new classrooms, but at a huge cost!

The school system is in serious need of more classrooms. This purchase puts them currently at a 16 million dollar deficit. They have not received any extra capital funding from the provincial government since 2005/2006, and are using what is left on a new school project in White Rock. Frank Mihal video blogs after a conversation with another Realtor in his office Jamie Hucul ( http://www.jamiehucul.com ) about the misconception of the upcoming HST with respect to re-sale properties. They are getting many phone calls from people frantic to start purchasing because of the upcoming HST (people who are looking at purchasing re-sale properties). To clear things up, there will be no HST on re-sale properties, only on new construction! The only thing HST will affect will be Realtor commissions (will now be plus 12% HST instead of the current 5% GST) paid by the sellers.
