Frank Mihal turns down a listing!

Frank Mihal | October 6th, 2009

Frank Mihal talks about how he turned down a listing the other day. After he went through his listing presentation, the seller liked what he saw and asked him to list his condo and put it on the market. This particular condo was listed prior with another agent for over 200 days and finally failed to sell and the listing expired. Frank explained as to why it probably did not sell and stressed that it was most likely because it was almost $50,000 over priced. Simply put, the seller wanted Frank to put it back onto the market at the same price. Frank politely declined as he knew he would not be able to sell it at that price and asked him to contact another agent who may be willing to take the listing on.
