Frank Mihal video blogs about people doing last minute renovations before they list their home(which is a great idea by the way). The problem is that if you start these renovations, FINISH them before you list! or if it is not possible to finish them before at least put all the paint cans, rollers, tape etc away before the showings. It looks cluttered and in many cases looks as if the seller has neglected the property and just doing a few cheap "lipstick" type cover ups to sell for more money.
