Frank Mihal tells you not to spend too much on renos!

Frank Mihal | October 16th, 2009

Frank Mihal video blogs to tell homeowners that doing renovations to their home is great, but stresses they do not go overboard, especially if they are thinking of maybe selling in the near future. Kitchens and bathrooms typically have the highest yield for return, so renovating those areas are a good idea, but spending $70,000-$80,000 on a kitchen is a horrible idea. He simply states that if you over do it, you will not get that money back when time comes to sell.
