Frank mihal video blogs about how Surrey city planners are going to council and proposing an increase in the maximum square footage of a home that can be built on a lot 6,028 square feet or bigger. The current maximum is a 3,550 sqft. home and they want to increase that by 1000 sqft. to 4,550 sqft. The total footprint of the home in relation to the lot size will stay the same, but more livable space inside would be allowed (ie\closed in loft spaces). If you have any questions or comments about this new proposal or would like to know when the next city open house is, feel free to contact Frank at http://www.frankmihal.ca
