The most ridiculous finishing job I have ever seen!

Frank Mihal video blogs to comment on a house he showed to prospective buyers last night, and how the owners installed the baseboards. He previously did a video about poor home renovations but this was much worse than just poor work or inexperience. It was simply just a waste of wood, material, and time!
