Dont forget this when cleaning up your condo to sell!
Frank Mihal video blogs about the importance of 1st impressions, after showing a few surrey condos for sale to a client in the Access building (10866 city parkway, 10838 city parkway). One of the units showed amazing with many updates, however the patio was completely covered in moss & black dirt. The large deck was definitely one of the features of this surrey condo as it faced the north shore mountains, but unfortunately it was not given the attention as the rest of the condo.
