Fresh bread makes your home sell faster?

Frank Mihal video blogs about how some people watch way too much HGTV! He shares how he just finished doing a showing at a home where there was a fresh loaf of bread just baked and left on the counter and cinnamon sprinkled on the burner... a tip that had been on a HGTV episode. Frank feels this is just going overboard....clean up, make you place look neat and tidy, but baking bread is not necessary! Some things just make the seller look desperate.
