Pesticide use in Surrey in now prohibited!

Frank Mihal video blogs about the new bylaw Surrey city council voted on and passed unanimously last monday. The new bylaw restricts the use of pesticides in the city on both private and city property. There are of course a few exceptions (ie: rodent infestation).
