Buyers being honest with your Realtor

In this video Frank Mihal talks about the importance of buyers being completely up front and honest with their realtor they are working with. Hiding any important facts or reasoning for a purchase or sale may only hurt them later down the road. He gives an example of when one of his buyers was looking for a condo and did not tell him she was going to be renting it out, but told him she was moving into it and they almost purchased a unit in a building with no rentals.
