The Frank Mihal Team is doing everything they can to be completely open and transparent to answer many of these questions up front to ultimitely make it easier for you...the seller.

The following are the Frank Mihal Team's non-negotiable rates

Standard Home / Townhome Sale:

7% on the first $100,000 / 2.55% on the remaining balance

*3.22% on the first $100,000 / 1.15% on the remaining balance will be paid to a cooperating buyer agent from the above total

Foreclosures Listings:

8% on the first $100,000 / 2.55% on the remaining balance

*3.22% on the first $100,000 / 1.15% on the remaining balance will be paid to a cooperating buyer agent from the above total
