The Frank Mihal Team has decided to post its rates on www.FrankMihal.ca

With technologoy today and the web the way it is, more and more people are doing their research online as to which Real Estate Agent to call to sell their home. Fees, services, experience, authority, & exposure are all things on top of their mind. The Frank Mihal Team is doing everything they can to be completely open and transparent to answer many of these questions up front to ultimitely make it easier for you...the seller.

The following are the Frank Mihal Team's non-negotiable rates

 

Standard Home / Townhome Sale:

7% on the first $100,000 / 2.55% on the remaining balance

*3.22% on the first $100,000 / 1.15% on the remaining balance will be paid to a cooperating buyer agent from the above total

 

Foreclosures Listings:

8% on the first $100,000 / 2.55% on the remaining balance

*3.22% on the first $100,000 / 1.15% on the remaining balance will be paid to a cooperating buyer agent from the above total
