Frank asks this question to every person who dislikes REALTORS
Frank Mihal video blogs about some of the comments and discussions online (with respect to CREA vs the Competition Bureau) about how some people dislike REALTORS. Comments like "they should not exist", "they are overpaid", "they do nothing" etc etc. These are people who most likely had a bad experience with a REALTOR, which sometimes can happen. Frank asks the question to those people "If you can make a ton of money, with no effort at all and no work, on a consistent and guaranteed basis ...why isnt everyone in the Real Estate Business!"
